Chef Darryl Evans - Most recently served as Executive Chef at Home, with previous Executive Chef positions at hotels, fine dining restaurants and country clubs. In his new role, Evans oversees all aspects of the dining experience at the club, including the restaurant, off-site catering and special events. Evans began his career as a chef's apprentice in 1983 with the American Culinary Federation at the Cherokee Town and Country Club, which has been named the very best private club in America since 1997. Seven years later, he was appointed Executive Chef, a position he has held at several restaurants, country clubs and four Star-rated establishments. ” I would recommend my job to anyone who has a passion for food. It's a valuable and exciting career that I love and has taken me all over the world and now, I am honored to be at City Club of Buckhead," said Evans. Although his list of accolades is rather lengthy, some of the more notable include, 2009 Dining Out For Life Co-Chair, three-time Culinarian of the Year, Greater Atlanta Chef’s Association, Two Gold Medal, U.S. Culinary Olympic Team Member with two individual Gold Medals and one team Gold and Silver Medal, International Culinary Olympics, Chef’s Hall of Fame, Two Gold Medals, Chaine des Rotisseurs, Frankfurt, Germany and World Cooks Tour for Hunger, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, South Africa. Throughout his illustrious career, Evans has led a variety of fine dining establishments including menus featuring French, Italian and traditional American cuisine. His broad range has covered small, intimate settings to very large groups – sometimes in the thousands – honoring political dignitaries and celebrities.

Chef Joe Randall's Cooking School Cancellation Policy: Space is limited. FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED. In order to reserve your space in a class, full payment is required at the time of registration. A credit will be issued if the registered student cancels no less than seven days prior to the beginning of the class. If you cannot attend, SEND A FRIEND to take your place. Students canceling after seven days will be charged the full tuition and no credit will be given.
Chef Joe Randall's Cooking School Make-up Policy: Make-ups are allowed for Basic Cooking Series classes only. Chef Joe Randall's Cooking School can accommodate no more than two make-up students per class meeting in order to maintain the ideal student- instructor ratio. Please call the school to schedule your make-up prior to the class date. Students must call Chef Joe Randall's Cooking School to request make-up registration within 6 months of the missed class.
